Training should do more than share information. It should help employees understand what successful performance looks like and make better decisions when it matters.
Learn2Engage develops custom eLearning around your organization, workforce, goals, and workplace challenges. Through character-driven stories, realistic scenarios, meaningful interaction, and practical feedback, we create learning designed to engage employees and support behavior change.
Book a ConsultationEvery project begins by identifying the business need, the audience, the workplace context, and the behaviors employees need to apply.
The learning experience is then designed around what employees should recognize, decide, say, or do differently. This keeps the course connected to performance instead of becoming another click-through requirement.
Our Story Design Motivational Method® uses characters, workplace situations, consequences, and reflection to help learners see themselves in the experience.
Employees do not simply receive information. They make decisions, see how those decisions affect the situation, and connect the content to their own work.

Learn2Engage developed over fifteen 30-minute modules and supporting PDF resources for a large-scale program serving medical assistants preparing to work in urology practices.
Because the subject-matter experts were practicing medical professionals with limited availability, the timeline was staggered so one module could move from storyboarding into development and pilot testing while content for other modules continued.
The program launched after a year and a half and received over 200 enrollments during its first week. All modules were developed in Articulate Storyline 360 and moved through analysis, design, storyboarding, prototyping, development, 508 testing, and pilot testing. Even with several approved change requests, the project was completed under budget.
Let’s build custom eLearning that connects your organization’s content to the decisions and behaviors employees need on the job.
